I'm super excited about the new season of Top Chef, which starts next month. And, now I'm super excited about one of the chefs. She's a lesbian and her bio is very impressive. Anyone who has the drive to move from line cook to executive chef in a kitchen when they have no formal training is pretty hardcore. My friend and I have a theory that if there is a lesbian in the kitchen she's a bad ass. I hope I like her personality once the show starts because I really want to root for her.
